Margot is the Founder and Managing Director of Holy Mackerel Group with over 15 years experience in public relations, marketing and journalism.

After an earlier career as a print and radio journalist, Margot launched her public relations career in Brisbane, raising the profile of several local businesses. Since then she has held senior communication roles for organisations including TAFE Queensland and CPA Australia.

Margot has extensive international experience in both public relations and marketing, having worked for companies such as Royal Mail Group, British Airways Media and Manpower Recruitment, as well as the UK Government and numerous IT companies.

Australian experience is equally broad, incorporating business and finance, retail and franchising, technology and IT, real estate, recruitment and member communication.
